Action Alerts – Week of June 18

CNY Solidarity members and supporters:

Please find below the weekly ACTION ALERTS from Indivisible NY24 and our legislative action teams.

Because CNY Solidarity does not currently endorse candidates for office, these alerts do not include information regarding electoral advocacy in support of particular candidates. If anyone is interested in receiving such information from Knit the 24th, a district-wide coalition of Indivisible groups, please reply to me.

On a related front, please note that tomorrow (June 19) is the postmark deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail for the June 26th NY-24 congressional primary. Application forms are available here. If you know anyone who’s a registered Democrat and will be out of town on the 26th, please print this form, bring it to them, and help them get it in the mail by tomorrow. If you miss the mail-in deadline, you can still request an absentee ballot in person at the County Election Board until June 25.
